Positively Parenthood
Heidi is an online influencer in the baby and parenting space with a large social media following. We built a WordPress website alongside an online course portal with membership subscriptions, community features, and CRM integration for one-to-one session bookings.
Challenge
Heidi is an online influencer in the baby and parenting industry with a large social media following. She wanted to expand beyond social content into selling online courses and offering one-to-one sessions, both face-to-face and online. Her existing website wasn’t set up to support any of this. She needed a complete redesign that made it easy for her audience to understand her offering, book sessions, and access courses, all without adding to her daily admin.
Solution
We took a two-fold approach. First, we built a WordPress brochure-style website to clearly present her services, with links through to a CRM system for booking and paying for one-to-one sessions, both online and in-person. The CRM handled automated follow-ups, email marketing, booking reminders, and payment processing. Second, we built an online course portal on a subdomain where Heidi could sell individual courses or offer them through a membership subscription. The membership included a free tier and a paid tier with access to more content, a community forum, and additional member features, creating an engaged online community around her brand.
Impact
The automated system dramatically reduced Heidi’s daily admin. Tasks that previously required manual effort, such as sending webinar links, booking confirmations, and payment follow-ups, now happen automatically. She can focus on what she does best: creating content, growing her audience, and supporting parents, rather than spending time on repetitive admin work.
