Challenge

Jorge Wylde runs JW Coaching, a high-end online fitness training programme that includes nutrition plans, dedicated check-ins, and personalised training. He generates leads through social media DM outreach, which is great for starting conversations, but managing those leads after the initial contact was entirely manual. There was no structured process for qualifying prospects, following up consistently, or tracking where each lead sat in the pipeline. Jorge was spending too much time on admin and not enough on coaching.

Solution

We implemented a structured sales pipeline that followed the full client journey. After initial contact via social media DMs, leads are directed to an application form. Once submitted, automated follow-ups encourage them to book a discovery call with Jorge. After the one-to-one video call, if they’re ready to sign up, Jorge sends a payment link through the CRM and once paid, the client is moved into an automated onboarding sequence. Alongside the pipeline, we built landing pages for specific promotions like ‘Get Ready for Summer’, each driving leads toward booking a discovery call. Jorge has full visibility of his pipeline at any moment. We also implemented WhatsApp marketing for booking reminders and promotional outreach, which had a significant impact. No-shows decreased and engagement was far higher than email marketing alone.
